RESOLUTION NO. 245
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING
COMMISSION GRANTING A VARIANCE ON PROPERTY
DESCR1BE;D AS PORTION OF TRAGT 117) GARLSBAD
LANDS, MAP NO. 1661 IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD.
WHEREAS, HERBERT T. AND ETHA K. BUEL did apply for a varia:
611 allow a reduction in required frontage from 60 feet to 40 feet in order to
