RESOLUTION NO. 247
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLA.NNING COMMISSION DENYING A VARIANCE ON PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS PORTION OF THUM LANDS, TRACT
240, .MAP 1681 IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD.
WHEREAS, HARRY'F. AND LaYERNE R. KELLEY did apply for a v
