A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING
3 DESCRIBED AS PORTION OF GA.RLSBAD LANDS, TRACT

5 WHEREAS, LESTER M. BONAR did apply for a variance to allow a
119, MAP 1661 IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD.

tion in required frontage from 75 ft. to 72.70 ft. , and 74.28 ft. , in ordc
create'a lot split on property located on the west side of Highland Drive
Elmwood and Oak Avenue, more particularly describ,ed as Carlsbad Lax
Tract 119, Map 1661 in the City of Carlsbad; said property being Parce
Book 156, Page 190 of the Assessor's Map of San Diego County; and
WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did pub1ish.a le
notice of hearing on May 10, 1962, of a hearing to be held on May 22, 1
13' at 7:30 P.M.; and
14 WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Cornmission did hold a hear:

16 WHEREAS, at said public 'hearing the said Planning Commission re

the recommendations, objections, protests and comments of all individ
19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the request for said v;
