RESOLUTION NOr 251
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING
COMMISSION GRANTING A. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
ON A PORTION OF LOT H, AGUA HEDIONDA, MAP
823 IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD.
WHEREAS, NORTH SAN DIEGO COUNTY Y M C A did apply for a cc

overnight camping and the construction of a portable accessory building 8

12 WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did publish a le1

notice of hearing on May 10, 1962, of a hearing to be held on May 22, I'
15 WHEREAS, the hearing was held on the date and time published,
16 WHEREAS, there were no oral or written protests registered;
17 NOW,, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Carlsbad Planning

applied property for the following reasons: 19
Cornmission determines that a Conditional Use Permit shall be issued f
20 1. That the granting of this conditional use permit will be compatib
21 usage of surrounding property and wi1L:not be of an injurious nature,
22 2. That the granting of such conditional use perm€t will be in the be

PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the 1 24
