WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did receive on M; 4

Construction Company, owner and subdivider, located at the southerly en 15
1962, a tentative map of Holiday Manor subdivision, submitted by Kamar
9 WHEREAS, on May 22 3 1962 , the Planning Commission did consider
10 tentative map as submitted, comprised of 31 lots; and
11 WHEREAS, THE Planning Commission did adjourn the meeting to Ma

of the various City agencies and utility companies;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the tentative map of Holi
Manor subdivision be approved, subject to the following conditions:
1. All domestic water supplied to this subdivision comes from the Ca
City Water Department.
2. All buildings constructed in this subdivision are connected to the

6. The subdivider shall submit a name for "A" Street and 'tBtt Strec
shown.
7. Proposed lots 16, 17 and 18 have substandard frontages. Reduct
th.e required frontage to 50 feet at the setback line is recommended for t

8.. Because of the irregular shape of the subdivision and indetermin
future division of adjacent property, location of utility poles along rear
is considered impractical; therefore, th.ey shall be placed in the street.
9. A grading plan shall be submitted as required by ordinance.
10. Tamarack Avenue has been submitted as a secondary street, 48
curb to curb on a 68 feet right of way.
11. Because the extension, widening, and improvement of Tamarack
is an objective of the City's master street planning which will greatly bc
public upon completion, it is recommended that the City cooperate in th
ment as follows:
(a) The Subdivider's engineer shall prepare a legal description of tl
