A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PL,AHNI,NG COMMI6610N RECOMMENIYMG APPROVAL OF THE 5 Lands, Tract 247, Map 1681 of the City of Gar'lsbad; 8 Valley Street beiw een Park Drive and Highland Drive, being a portion of 7 Construction Company, owner and subdivider, located at the southerly en 15 1962, a tentative map of Holiday Manor subdivision, submitted by Kamar 9 WHEREAS, on May 22 3 1962 , the Planning Commission did consider 10 tentative map as submitted, comprised of 31 lots; and 11 WHEREAS, THE Planning Commission did adjourn the meeting to Ma 12 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did take into consideration the 1 13 1962; and 14 15 16 3.7 18 19 of the various City agencies and utility companies; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the tentative map of Holi Manor subdivision be approved, subject to the following conditions: 1. All domestic water supplied to this subdivision comes from the Ca City Water Department. 2. All buildings constructed in this subdivision are connected to the 20 Carlsbad Public Sewer System. The subdivider shall submit a name for "A" Street and 'tBtt Strec shown. 7. Proposed lots 16, 17 and 18 have substandard frontages. Reduct th.e required frontage to 50 feet at the setback line is recommended for t lots provi.ding future buildings comply with the required side yard. 8.. Because of the irregular shape of the subdivision and indetermin future division of adjacent property, location of utility poles along rear is considered impractical; therefore, th.ey shall be placed in the street. 9. A grading plan shall be submitted as required by ordinance. 10. Tamarack Avenue has been submitted as a secondary street, 48 curb to curb on a 68 feet right of way. 11. Because the extension, widening, and improvement of Tamarack is an objective of the City's master street planning which will greatly bc public upon completion, it is recommended that the City cooperate in th ment as follows: (a) The Subdivider's engineer shall prepare a legal description of tl tional right of way required for full street dedication and prepare in ment plans accordingly, The City will then obtain dedication of the of way, compensate the Subdivider's contractor for the School Distr share of the necessary street improvements on Tamarack, and ante a reimbursement agreement with the Carlsbad Elementary School D for the work.
