JAUREGUI, EUGENE JAUREGUI AND HENRI 5 GARLSBAD. 4 LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS PORTION OF CARLSBAD said property being parcel 33, Book 156, Page 190 of the A.ssessor's Ma lo i 11 San Diego County; and 12 WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did publish a leg 13 7:30 P.M. ; and 14 notice of hearing on May 31 v 1962, of a hearing to be held on June 12, 1: 15 WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did hold a hearin 16 1 Jwe-iZ::,, 1,962; and 17 WHEREAS, at said public hearing the said Planning Commission recf 18 parties who desired to be heard; 19 the recommendations, objections, protests and comments of all individu: 20 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the request for said var~ 21 be granted for the following reasons: 22 1.
