RESOLUTION NO. 257
A RESQLUTLQN QF THE CARLSBAD GITY BLANNUG
COMMISSION DENYING REGLASSIFIGAT1;BN OF GERTAIN
DESIGNATED BROPERTY IN THE GITY OF CARLSBAD
FROM M TO R-A.
5 The Carlsbad City Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad does
6 resolve as follows:
7 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 10th day of July, 196

amendment to Ordinance No. 9060 on property described as follows: 11
hold a duly advertised public hearing as prescribed by law to consider an 10
I WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 14th day of August , 1 9
adopt Resolution of Intention No. 30, to amend Ordinance No. 9060; and

WHEREAS, at said public bearing the said Planning Commission rece
16 the recommendations, objectiszs, protests and comments of all individua

parties who desired to be heard;
NOW z THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the reclassification of t
19 above described property from M to R-A be denied for the following reas
20 1. That property is presently zoned M and in its present state is mo:
21 suitable to that zone.

26 residential-development and it would be more desirable as M zone.
27 PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Cz
28 City Planning Commission held on the 14th day of August, 1962, by the fo
29 vote , to wit:
30 AYES: Commissioners Davis, Ward, Ewald, Palmer, Jarvie and Sox
NOES: Commissioner Grant..

3. That there are proposed plans for having a freeway bisect this prc
