A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING COM-
MISSION RECOMMENDING AN AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE
NO. 9060 OF THE CITY OF CARRESBAD BY DELETING THE
WORDS "AUTO COURTS".
The Carlsbad City Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad does
~ resolve as follows:
I 7 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 24th day of July, 196
8 adopt Resolution of Intention No. 31 to amend Ordinance No. 9060; and
9 WHEREAS, said Planning Commission did on the 14th day of August,

"Auto Courts" from the following sections thereof: 12
amendment to Ordinance No. 9060 of the City of Carlsbad by deleting the I1
