WHEREAS, the Garlsbad City Planning Gommission did receive 0x1 5 6 August 27, 1962, a tentative map ~f Gbestnrat Manor, submitted by Mary Diego; g Lands, Tract 239, Map 1681, R.O.S.807, City of Carlsbad, County of I 8 Avenue, between Adarns Street and Highland Drive, being a portion of T 7 Humphreys, owner and subdivider, located on the northerly side of Che: 10 11 the tentative map as submitted, comprised of 16 lots; and 12 .I3 14 15 Manor be approved, subject to the following conditions; 16 17 City Water Department. 18 19 Garlsbad Public Sewer System. 20 WHEREAS, on September 11, 1962, the Planning Commission did co WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did at that time take into consi the reports of the various City agencies and utility companies; NOW', THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the tentative map of Ch 1.
