RESOLUTION NO. 260.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING l
GOMMISSIBN REGQMMENDIHG REGLASSIEIGATION OF CERTAIN DESIGNATED PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD FROM R-1 TO R-3 BUT DENYING RECLASSIFI-
CATION FROM R-1 TO R-3 ON CERTAIN DESIGNATED
PROPERTY ON ADAMS STREET.

The Carlsbad City Planning Cornmission of the City of Carlsbad does

1962, an application by Mary Fuchs requesting a change of zone classific 9
WHEREAS, there was filed w'ith this Commission on the 27th day of I
10 under the provisions of Ordinance No. 9060; and
11 WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did on the 1 lth d

consider reclassification from Zone R-1 (Single Family Residential) to F 13
September, 1962, hold a duly advertised public hearing as prescribed by

Being portion of Thum Lands, Tract 237, Map 1681 in the City of Ca

County, excepting the 105' in depth with frontage on the westerly side
Adams Street which is to remain R-1;

AND FINALLY RESOLVED, that a copy of this resolution be forwart
the City Council for its attention in the manner prescribed by law.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at: a regular meeting of the Ca
City Planning Commission held on the 1 lth day of September, 1962, by t

AYES: Commissioners Davis, Ward, Ewald, Palmer, Jarvie and Sc
NOES: Commissioner Grant.
ABSENT: None.
