2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY
3 CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ON A PORTION PLANNING COMNIISSION GFLANTING A
OF CARLSBAD TOWNSITE, MAP 775 IN THE 4 CITY .. , OF CARLSBAD. nmn II I. ,

6 WHEREXS, JAMES S. HANLON did apply for a conditional use pel
7 allow ambulance service at 2956 State Street, being a portion of Carlsbad
8 Townsite, Map 775 in the City of Carlsbad; more particularly described 2
9 Parcel 4, Book 203, Page 292 of Assessor's Map of San Diego County; an
10 WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did publish a 1~
11 notice of hearing on September 13, 1962, of a hearing to be held on Septe:
12 1962, at 7:30 P. M; and
3.3 WHEREAS, the hearing was held on the date and time published; an
14 WHEREAS, there were no oral or written protests registered;
15 I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Carlsbad Plannh
16 Commission determines that a Conditional Use Permit shall be issued fo:
3.7 applied property for the following reasons:
18 I. That there is no ambulance service available in the City .
19 2. The location is centrally located and is easily accessible to Car
20 Boulevard, U. S. 101 Freeway and Vista Way.
21 3. That it would be in the best interests of public necessity and co:
22 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
23 City Planning Commission held on the 25th day of September, 1962, by tl
24 following, vote, to wit:
25 AYES: Commissioners Davis, Ward, Grant, Ewald, Palmer and J
26 NOES: None
27 ABSENT: None
28 ABSTAINED: Commissioner Sonneman.
