RESOLUTION NO. 269
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING
COMMISSION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 3i

ON A PORTION OF CARLSBAD LANDS, TRACT 97, MAP 1641 IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD.
5 WHEREAS, PATRICK F. Q'IICHAELS did apply for a conditional use 1
6 to allow a radio station, transmitter and antenna at 3001 Carlsbad Boule.
