A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING 2
RESOLUTION NO. 272
CCZMMISSION DENYING RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN
DESIGNATED PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
FROMR-1 TO R-3.
5 The Carlsbad City Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad doe:
6 hereby resolve as follows:
7 WHEREAS, there was filed with this Commission on the 19th day of

Octoher;::1962, an application by Richard W. Rahe, Donald M. Hickethil
D-K Development Company requesting a change of zone classification ur
10 provisions of Ordinance No. 9060; and
11 WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did on the 13th (

November 27, 1962.at 7:30 P.M., on the property described as: 15
(Multiple Family Residential}, and on said date did continue the hearing 14
consider reclassification from Zone R-1 (Single Family Residential) to 1 13
November, 1962, hold a duly advertised public hearing as prescribed by
Portion of Laguna Mesa Tracts, Tract No. 2, Map 1719, in the City
of Carlsbad, being Parcels 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 , 6, 7 , 8, 9, 10 of Book 15.

WHEREAS, at said public hearing the said Planning Commission re<
the recommendations, objections, protests -and comments of all individt
22 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the reclassification of
