RESOLUTION NO. 273
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING
COMMISSION GRANTING A VARIANCE ON PROPERTY
LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS LOT 2 OF LEBRRR ESTATES
UNIT NO. I, MAP 4675 OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD.
WHEREAS, WALTER L. AND GRACE M. HILL did apply for a variar

on the northwest corner of the intersection of East Forest Avenue and Hi6 7
allow a reductioe in rear yard setback from 16 feet to 8 feet on property
