I, MAP 4675 OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD. WHEREAS, WALTER L. AND GRACE M. HILL did apply for a variar 6 on the northwest corner of the intersection of East Forest Avenue and Hi6 7 allow a reductioe in rear yard setback from 16 feet to 8 feet on property being Parcel 02 of Book 156, Page 241 of the Assessor's Map of San Die$ g Drive on Lot 2 of Lebarr Estates Unit No. 1 , Map 4675 of the City of Car 8 10 County; and II WHEREAS, The Carlsbad City Planning Commission did publish a leg 12 parties who desired to be heard; 18 the recommendations, objections, protests and comments of all individua 17 WHEREAS, at said public hearing the said Planning Commission rece 16 November 27, 1962; and 15 WHEREAS, tlie Carlsbad City Planning Commission did hold a hearin! 14 1962, at 7:30 F.M.; and 13 notice of hearing on November 15, 1962, of a hearing to be held on Nover: 19 NOW l THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the request for said vari 20 be granted for the following reasons: 21 1. That there are exceptional conditions with respect to location of e 22 23 driveway. 26 25 of the property. 24 2. That granting the variance as per plot plan is necessary for norm in the same vicinity and zoning. 27 3. That granting the variance will not be materially detrimental to p: 4.
