A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE
TENTATIVE MAP OF LINDA ESTATES SUBDIVISION UNIT NO. 2.

submitted by George B. Bratton and Doyce Hedxisk, owner8 and subdivid
located on property lying easterly of Monroe Street, between Basswood F
9 and Gayle Way, and being a portion of Tracts 252, 253, Thum Lands, M
10 in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego;
11 WHEREAS, on December 26, 1962, the Planning Commission did con
12 the tentative map as submitted, comprised of 20 lots; and
