COMMISSION GRANTING A "PANHANDLE" LOT SPLIT
2647, R.O.S. 3558, IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD.

Skyline Drive, more particularly described as a portion of Carlsbad Higl I 8
on property located on the northerly side of Alder Avenue and easterly o 7
reduction in front footage on two lots from 90' to 0' in order to create a I
10 Parcel 3, Book 207, Page 063 of the Assessor's Map of San Diego Count
11 WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did publish a leg

notice of hearing on December 13, 1962, of a hearing to be held on Dece
on December 26, 1962, at 7:30 P.M., due to lack of a quorum; and 15
WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did continue the 14
1962, at 7:30 P.M.; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing the said Planning Commission recl 19

January 8, 1963, at which time the hearing was continued until January j 17
WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission 'did hold a hearir 16

the recommendations, objections, protests and comments of all individu;
22 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the request for said var

1. That it is against the policy of the Planning Commission to grant 24

area of the "panhandle" lot shall be computed without considering the arc
contained in the "panhandle". The "panhandle" of the lot so created shal
