A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING COMMISSIC
GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO THELMA A. KELL ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2341, OLIVE DRIVE, BEING A POR
OF LAGUNA MESA TRACTS, PORTION TRACT 7, MAP 1719 ~ R.
4 3235 IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD. I/
WXEREAS, THELMA A. KELLEY, dis apply for a Conditional Use E
to continue use of property as a Rest Home, on property located at 2347
Drive, between Forest Avenue and Yourell Avenue, said property being
of Laguna Mesa Tracts, Portion of Tract 7, Map 1719, R,Q,S, 3235 ia
of Carlsbad, being Parcel Parcel 14, Book 156, Page 010 of the Rssessc
map of San Diego County; and
WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commis-sion did publish a leg
12 notice of hearing on January 31, 1963, of a hearing to be held on Februa,
1963, at 7:30 P.M.: and
WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did holdla.hear,i:
February 13. 1963, at which time the hearing was continued until Febru,
