RESOLUTION NO. 285
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING
COMMISSION DENYING A VARIANCE ON PROPERTY
DESCRIBED AS A PORTION OF TRACT 242, THUM
LANDS, MAP 1681, R.O.S. 3696, IN THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD.
WHEREAS, LUCIANA BRISMAN did apply for a variance to allow a
