RESOLUTION NO. 288
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING COM-
MISSION RECOMMENDING AN AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE
NO. 9060 BY ADDING TO, AND DELETING CERTAIN WORDS IN SUBSECTIONS (2) AND (3) SECTION 900, ARTICLE 9, ALLOT ING RESTAURANTS IN MOTELS, AND "ON SALE" LIQUUR EST,
LISHMENTS IN HOTELS AND MOTELS IN THE CITY OF CARLS
