HomeMy WebLinkAbout1963-03-26; Planning Commission; Resolution 288I 3. 2 3 4 5 e 0 RESOLUTION NO. 288 A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING COM- MISSION RECOMMENDING AN AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE NO. 9060 BY ADDING TO, AND DELETING CERTAIN WORDS IN SUBSECTIONS (2) AND (3) SECTION 900, ARTICLE 9, ALLOT ING RESTAURANTS IN MOTELS, AND "ON SALE" LIQUUR EST, LISHMENTS IN HOTELS AND MOTELS IN THE CITY OF CARLS 4 The Carlsbad City Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad does 7 I adopt Resolution of Intention No. 40 to amend Ordinance No. 9060; and 9 1 resolve as follows: 81 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 26th day of Februaq 10 WHEREAS, said Planning Commission did on the 26th day of March, 11 amendment to Ordinance No. 9060, Article 9, Section 900, Subsection (i 12 hold a duly advertised public hearing as prescribed by law to consider a ' and adding the following: 14 adding the words "and m.otels", and Subsection (3) by deleting the word ' 13, 15 "Hotels and motels may operate restaurants as an accessory to thei: normal operations.
