COMMISSION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL QF THE 5 Lot J, Rancho Agua Hedionda, Map 823, R. 0.. S. 1877, in the City of Carl g the southwest corner of Seacrest Estates Subdivision, and being a portion 8 lying easterly of Donna Drive, northerly of Chestnut Avenue, and adjacen 7 Carlsbad Investment Corporation, owne'r and subdivider, Located on prop 6 March 6, 1963, a tentative map of Ocean View Subdivision, submitted by 10 11 County of San Diego; p2 tentative map as submitted, comprised of 23 lots; and 13 l4 1963; and at that time adjourned the matter to April 23, 1963; and WHEREAS, on March 26, 1963, the Planning Commission did conside WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did adjourn the meeting to April I!3 I WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did take into consideration the r 16 of the varioxs City agencies and utility companies; 17 I/ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the tentative map of Oce: . , . ._ . .. /O. , . % ,. 18 19 20 Subdivision be 'approved, subject to the following conditions: 1.
