RESOLUTION NO. 291
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING
COMMISSION DISAPPROVING THE TENTATIVE MAP
OF OCEAN VIEW SUBDIVISION.
4 WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did receive on

Lot J, Rancho Agua Hedionda, Map 823, R.O.S. 1877, in the City of Carl 9
the southwest corner of Seacrest Estates Subdivision, and being a portion 8
lying easterly of Donna Drive , northerly of Chestnut Avenue, and adjacen; 7
Carlsbad Investment Corporation, owner and subdivider, located on prop€ 6
March 6, 1963, a tentative map of Ocean View Subdivision, submitted by
10 County of San Diego;
3.1 WHEREAS, on March 26, 1963, the Planning Commission did conside
3.2 tentative map as submitted, comprised of 23 lots; and
13 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did adjourn the meeting to April
14 1963; and at that time adjourned the matter to April 23 , 1963; and
15 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did take into consideration the I
16 of the various City agencies and utility companies;
17 NOW 2 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the tentative map of Oce;
3.8 Subdivision be disapproved.
19 AND FINALLY RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be forward1
