COMMISSION GRANTING A VARIANCE ON PROPERTY

13 WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did hold a hearin

April 23, 1963 t at which time the hearing was continued until May 14, 19

WHEREAS, at said public hearing the said Planning Commission recc
18 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the request for said var:
