Dilkes, owner and subdivider, located on property lying on th 7 1963, a tentative map of Stella Maris Estates Subdivision, submitted by 10 County; 11 Assessor's Parcel 18, Book 206, Page 061 of the Assessor's Map of San 12 WHEREAS, on May 28, 1963, the Planning Commission did consider : 13 Carlsbad City Water Department. 19 1.
