CERTAIN DESIGNATED PROPERTY IN THE CITY-OF-
CARLSBAD FROM R-2 TO R-3.

5 The Carlsbad City Planning Cornmission of the City of Carlsbad does
6 resolve as follows:
7 WHEREAS, there was filed with this Commission on the 30th day of A]

requesting a change of zone classification under the provisions of Ordinan g
1963 t an application by Orville C. and Marie Cook Jeffers, and Irene P. :

13. WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did on the 14th da
12 May, 1963, ho1d.a duly advertised public hearing as prescribed by law to
consider reclassification from Zone R-2 [Two-Family Residential Zone) t
14 Zone R -3 [Multiple-Family Residential Zone), and on said date did contin

Lots 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of Block I, Palisades, Map 1747 and Por. of B1; 16
hearing to May 28, 1963, at 7:30 P.M. , on the property described as:
Palisades No. 2, Map 1803, in the City of Carlsbad; being Assessor's Pa:
18 13, 14 and 15, Book 206, Page 013 and Parcels 3 and 4, Book 206, Page
19 the Assessor's Map of San Diego County;
