RESOLUTION NO. 304
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING
COMMISSION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
TO THE FIRST CHURCH OF CHRIST, SCIENTIST, CARLSBAD
TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF A CHURCH BUILDING AND
ON PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS LOT 27, PORTION OF OPTIMO
TRACT NO. 2, MAP 2151, AND PORTION OF BLOCK 2, MULLS
ADDITION, MAP 514, IN THE CITY. OF CARLSBAD.
OFF-STREET PARKING SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS
WHEREAS, the FIRST CHURCH OF CHRIST, SCIENTIST, Carlsbad,

in the City of Carlsbad, being Assessor's Parcels 6 and 8, Book 205, Pal 13
Qptimo Tract No. 2, Map 2 151 , and portion of Block 2, Mulls Addition, 3, 12
Avenue and Chestnut Avenue, more particularly described as Lot 27, port 11
