A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING
PROPERTY IN THE GITY OF CARLSBAD, FROM R-2 TO ZONE R-3 OF CERTAIN DESIGNATED
COMMISSION RECOMMENDING RECLASSIFICATION

5 The Carlsbad City Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad does
6 hereby resolve as follows:
7 WHEREAS, the Planning Gommission did on the 14th day of May, 1963
8 adopt Resolution of Intention No. 41 , to amend Ordinance No. 9060; and
9 WHEREAS, said Planning Commission did on the 1 lth day of June, 191

amendment to Ordinance No. 9060 on property described as follows: 11

WHEREAS, said Planning Commission has found the following facts to
17 1. That it is contiguous to R -3 zoning and will constitute an expansion
