RESOLUTION NO. 306.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING
COMMISSION GRANTING A VARIANCE ON PROPERTY
DESCRIBED AS LOT 1 AND SOUTHERLY HALF OF LOT 2,
