I RESOLUTION NO, 307
I A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING
COMMISSION RECOMMENDING REGLASSIFIGATION OF
CERTAIN DESIGNATED PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF
GARLSBAD FROM R-1 TO R-3-7500.
The Carlsbad City Planning Commissian of the City of Garlsbad does

resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, there was filed with this Commission on the 25th day of JI
1963, an application by Henry Hildabolt requesting a change of zone class
under the provisions of Ordinance No. 9060; and
WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did on the 9th da:
July , 1963, hold a duly advertised public hearing as prescribed by law to
consider reclassification from Zone R-1-7500 sq. ft. (Single Family Res
to R-3-7500 sq. ft. (Multiple Family Residential) of the property describ
Portion of Tract 250, Thum Lands 1 Map 168 1, and a portion of R. 0.
4482 in the City of Garlsbad, being Assessor's Parcel 8, excepting
therefrom the southerly 135 feet thereof , Book 205, Page 230 of the
Assessor's Map of San Diego County;
and
WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission has found the fol
~ facts to exist:
1. That the property is adjacent to busy expanding high school and tE
at an intersection with 4-way stop signs on it.
2. That property is near other R-3 property on Monroe Street.
3. That the property was formerly zoned R-1 with potential R -3 on 1
City Map dated October 16, 1956.
4. That it is the best use of this particular land zone-wise.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the reclassification of
above described property is hereby recommended to be approved as sub]
AND FINALLY RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be forwart
the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, for its attention in the manner :
scribed by law.
