RESOLUTION NO, 308 -
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING
COMMISSION GRANTING A VARIANCE ON PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS PORTION OF LOT 1, CARLSBAD LANDS
SUBDIVISION, TRAGTS 114 AND 120, MAP 1744 QF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD.
WHEREAS, JOE M. APODACA did apply for a variance €or reduction
yard setbacks from 9 feet to 5 feet and reduction in rear yard setback fro]

portion of Lot 1, Carlsbad Lands Subdivision, Tracts 114 and 120, Map 1' 8
feet to 10 feet on property located on the south side of Oak Avenue, being
the City of Carlsbad; Assessor's Parcel 6 9 Book 204, Page 040 of the Ass 9

I1 WHEREAS, The Carlsbad City Planning Commission gave notice of pu

within a radius of 300 feet of the exterior boundaries of the subject proper 14
the date of such hearing to the last known addresses of the owners of prop 13

WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did hold a hearin€
