GBMMIS3ION GRANTING A VARIANCE ON PROPERTY
TOWNSITE, MAP 775, IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD.

5 WHEREAS, B. M. AND C. F, CHRISTIANSEN did apply for a varian

Parcel 1, Book 203, Page 173 of the Assessor's Map of San Diego County 9
Block 10, Carlsbad Townsite, Map 775, in the City of Carlsbad; Assesso: 8

City Planning Commission held on the 9th day of July, 1963, by the follow
