COMMISSION GRANTING A VARIANCE ON PROPERTY
MAP 1681 IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD.

5 WHEXEAS, ROY K. PALMATEER did apply for a variance for reduci

width for Lot 1 from 75' to 70', Lot 2 from 75' to 67', and Lot 3 from 75'
more particularly described as Portion of Tract 247, Thum Lands, Map 9
150' located on the southeasterly corner of Highland Drive and Tamarack 8
74.16'; side yard reduction for Lot 3 from 7.5' to 5.5' on property 549.2
10 in the City of Carlsbad; being Assessor's Parcel 7, Book 207, Page 010 (
11 Assessor's Map of San Diego County; and
12 WHEREAS, the Carlsbad C.ity Planning Commission gave notic e of PC

I within a radius of 300 feet of the exterior boundaries of the subject prope' 15
to the date of such hearing to the last known addresses of the owners of p' 14
hearing on said variance by mailing a written notice not less than ten day
i WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did hold a hearin: 16 I
