HomeMy WebLinkAbout1963-08-13; Planning Commission; Resolution 314- II t e @ I l'l al RESOLUTION NO'. 3 14 A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING APPRGVAL 8F THE REVISED TENTATIVE MAP OF FALCON HILL SUBDIVISION. 3 4 WHEREAS, the Garlsbad City Planning Commission did receive on Apri 5 ocated on property lying on the northerly side of Basswood Avenue betwee: Maureen McInerny Rorick, owner, and Kamar Construction CompaRy, deve 6 1963, a tentative map of Falcon Hill Unit No. 2 Subdivision, submitted by 8 I Canyon Street and Donna Drive, said property being a portion W. 1/2 Sec. 9 1 T. 11 S., R. 4 W., R.O.S. 4509 in the City of Carlsbad, and portion of Ga 10 Lands, Tract 124, Map 1661, R.Q.S, 1709 in the City of Carlsb'ad, Count 11 San Diego: 7j I 12 WHEREAS, on April 23 , 1963, the Planning Cornmission did adjourn tl: 13 16 WHEREAS, on August 13, 1963, the Caslsbad City Planning Commissi 15 the tentative map as submitted, comprised of 127 lots; and 14 meeting to May 14, 1963, and at that time the Planning Commission did cc cnnsider a revised tentative subdivision map of Falcon Hill; and 17 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did take into cnsideration the re] 18 tentative subdivision map; 19 of the various City agencies and utility companies relative to said revised 20 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the revised tentative mar 21 Falcon Hill Subdivision be approved, subject to the following conditions: 22 1. All domestic water supplied to this subdivision shall be supplied b: .23 Carlsbad City Water Department. 24 2. A grading plan shall be submitted as required by ordinance prior issuance of building permits on any of the lots. 24. The subdivider shall furnish the U. S. Post Office , Carlsbad, California with a COPY of the final subdivision map. AND FINALLY RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be forwarc the City Council of the City of Carlsbad for its attention in the manner p1 scribed by law. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Ga City Planning Commission held on the 13th day of August, 1963, by the fc vote, to wit: AYES: Commissioners Davis, Ward, Grant, Palmer and Jarvie.
