A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING
COMMISSION GRANTING A VARIANCE FOR REDUCTION
OF FRONT YARD AND SIDE YARD SETBACKS ON PROPERTY

LOCATED IN A PORTION OF FALCON HILL UNIT 2 SUBDIVI-

WHEREAS, KAIVIAR CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INCORPORATED di
