LOCATED IN A PORTION OF FALCON HILL UNIT 2 SUBDIVI- -~~ ~ ~ WHEREAS, KAIVIAR CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INCORPORATED di apply for a variance to allow a reduction in side yard from 7.5' to 7' on L 71 8, 9, 31,32,34.. &-35;from 7.5' to 6' on Lot 10; and from 7.5'to 5' on LotE 8 15' on Lots 24 and 26 on property north of Basswood Avenue between Don] 9 1.1, -24 ;aand.-'26j:. all being on one side only. That the granting of such variance will not adversely affect the cc hensive general plan. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Ca City Planning Commission held on the 27th day of August, 1963, by the f vote, to wit: AYES: Commissioners Davis, Ward, Grant, Palmer, Jarvie, Lamb Sonneman.
