The subdivider shall furnish the U. S. Post Office, Carlsbad, Ca with a copy of the final subdivision map. 19. All property within the subdivision shall be zoned R-3. AND FINALLY RESOLVED, that a copy of this resolution be forwarde the City Council of the City of Carlsbad for its attention in the manner prc by law. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Car City Planning Commission held on the 8th day of October, 1963, by the fo vote, to wit: AYES: Commissioners Davis, Ward, Grant, Palmer, Lamb and Sonr: NOES: None.
