HomeMy WebLinkAbout1963-10-08; Planning Commission; Resolution 3181 I1 @ (k & 1 RESOLUTION NO. 3 18. 2 3 rt/ A RESOLUTICN OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN DESIGNATED PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD FROM R-1 TO R-3. 5 The Carlsbad city Planning Cornmission of the City of Carlsbad does E 6 resolve as follows: 7 WHEREAS, there was filed with this Commission on the Z3rd day of Sf 8 under the provisions of Ordinance No. 9060; and 9 1963, an application by Robert L, Means requesting a change of zone clas 10 WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did on the 8th day 11 consider reclassification from Zone R-1 (One-family Residential) to pi-3 ( 12 October, 1963, hold a duly advertised public hearing as prescribed by lav family Residential) of the property described as: Portion of Lot 1, Section 1 , T. 12s. 3 R. 5 W. in the City of Carlsbad, particularly described as the westerly 260' of Assessor's Parcel 12, : 15 1 westerly 50' of Parcel 15, and all of Parcels 13 and 16, Book 155, Pz 16 and 1 210 of the Assessor's Map of San Diego County; 17 WHEREAS, at said public hearing the said Planning Cornmission recej 18 the recommendations, objections , protests and comments of all individua: ' 19 parties who desired to be heard; and 20 WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission has found the follc 21 facts to exist: 22 1. That the property is adjacent to existing R-3 property. 2.
