A RESOLUTICN OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING
COMMISSION RECOMMENDING RECLASSIFICATION OF
CERTAIN DESIGNATED PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD FROM R-1 TO R-3.
5 The Carlsbad city Planning Cornmission of the City of Carlsbad does E
6 resolve as follows:
7 WHEREAS, there was filed with this Commission on the Z3rd day of Sf

under the provisions of Ordinance No. 9060; and 9
1963, an application by Robert L, Means requesting a change of zone clas
10 WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did on the 8th day
