HomeMy WebLinkAbout1963-10-22; Planning Commission; Resolution 319** \ I1 b e i', It II 4 2 3 RESOLUTION NO'. 319 A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING CQMMISSIQN RECOMMENDIJXG APPROVAL OF THE TENTATIVE MAP OF CAMINO DEL SOL SUBDIVISION'. 4 WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did receive on 5 Garlsbad, being Assessor's Parcel 1, Book 206, Page 061 of the Assessc 9 Survey Map 3696 of a portion of Tract 242, Thum Lands, Map 1681 in the 8 easterly corner of Adams Street and Tamarack Avenue, according to Reco 7 by Lever and Anker, owners and subdividers, located on property on the S 6 September 24, 1963, a tentative map of Camino del Sol Subdivision, submi 10 Map of San Diego County; 11 WHEREAS, on October 22 2 1963, the Planning Commission did considl 12 of the various City agencies and utility companies; 14 1 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did take into consideration the re 13 tentative map as submitted, comprised of 14 lots; and 15 NOW, THEREFORE., BE IT RESOLVED that the tentative map of Cami 16 del Sol Subdivision be approved, subject to the followiplg conditions: 17 1. All domestic water supplied to this subdivision shall be supplied by 18 Garlsbad City Water Department. 19 2. All buildings constructed in this subdivision shall be sewered by th 20 Carlsbad Public Sewer System. 21 3. Sewer and water lines shall not be laid in the same trench in any pa 22 this subdivision. .2 3 4. Proper drainage shall be maintained throughout the subdivision so 24 of Camino del Sol Circle and Adams Street. 26 5. One (1) standard six inch (6") fire hydrant shall be located at the CI 25 prevent ponding and/or storage of surface water. 27 6. Because of the irregular shape of the subdivision and location of ex 28 utility poles, location of utility poles shall be placed in the street. 29; 7. A grading plan shall be submitted as required by ordinance prior tc 30 of the City of Carlsbad. 32 I 8. All improvements shall comply with the standard plans and specific 31 issuance of building permits on any of the lots. I j/ 1 I/ 1, e I1 1 9. Proposed lots 8 and 9 shall be combined into one lot of not Less thal 2 15,000 sq. ft., with frontage of not less than 140 ft., on Gamin0 del, Sol C 3 10. Street paving shall consist of two inches (2") of asphaltic concrete 4 and one-half inches (2 1/2") and decomposed granite base to six inches (6": 6 on Tamarack Avenue where depth of asphaltic concrete shall be increased . 5 stone chip seal coat laid on four inches (4") of decomposed granite base, e: 7 11. Type ''G1' concrete curb and gutter shall be installed in all streets 8 drainage. 9 Concrete cross gutters shall be six feet (6') wide and located as required f, 10 12. Sidewalks shall be four feet (4') in width and located six inches (6" 11 the street right of way line. 12 1 13. All required street name signs, barricades and safety devices sha 13 installed. 14 14. Six inch (6") diameter water main with standard dire hydrants and 15 lwater services shall be constructed to serve each lot. 16 appurtenances as required by the City shall be installed.
