RESOLUTION NO. 322
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING
COMMISSION GRANTING A VARIANCE FOR REDUCTION
OF FRONT, SIDE AND REAR YARD SETBACKS ON PROPERTY
LOCATED IN MAGNOLIA VILLAGE SUBDIVISION ACCORDING
TO TENTATIVE MAP ON FILE IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA.
, WHEREAS, ARTHUR SALAS and ALTA V. PRUNER did apply for a v;

WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission gave notice of puE
