"" I1 a * 1 .I 1 2 3 4 5 6 RESOLUTION NO. 322 A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING COMMISSION GRANTING A VARIANCE FOR REDUCTION OF FRONT, SIDE AND REAR YARD SETBACKS ON PROPERTY LOCATED IN MAGNOLIA VILLAGE SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO TENTATIVE MAP ON FILE IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA. , WHEREAS, ARTHUR SALAS and ALTA V. PRUNER did apply for a v; ~ 7 1 to allow a reduction in front yard setback from 20' to 15' on Lots 5, 8, 1: 8 12' to 8' on Lot 7, from 14' to 7l on Lot 11 and from 16' to 7' on lots 1 an 9 14 on Cul-de-sacs; reduction in rear yard setback from 12' to 5' on Lot 6 duction in side yard from 6' to 5l on Lots 6, 7 and 20, from 8' to 7' on : 3 and 4, from 8' to 6 1/2' on Lots 17 and 19, from 8' to 5' on Lots 12 E d from 9' to 5' on Lot 18 on property located on the northwesterly corne intersection of Magnolia Avenue and Harding Street, in Magnolia Villa division according to tentative map on file in the City of Carlsbad, on , 3 and 4, Block A, Alles Avocado Acres, Resub. , Map 2027, in the sbad, being Assessor's Parcels 18, 19, 20 and 21 of Book 204, Page rding to Assessment Roll of the fiscal year 1962-63 of San Diego COUI I1 WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission gave notice of puE ing on said variances by mailing a written notice not less than ten day e date of such hearing to the last known addresses of the owners of pr n a radius of 300 feet of the exterior boundaries of the subject proper WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did hold a hearing mber 12, 1963; and WHEREAS, at said public hexing the said Planning Commission receit rnendations, objections , protests and comments of all individuals ar who desired to be heard; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the request for said vari; ted, subject to the condition that the property be developed as show hibit "A, for the following reasons: 1. That there were no oral or written objections. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Ca' ity Planning Commission held on the 12th day of November , 1963 , by th llowing vote, to wit: AYES: Commissioners Davis t Palmer, Jarvie and Lamb, and %mne: NOES: None.
