MAP 1681, AND CONSOLIDATION OF LOT 10 OF GHESTNCT MANOR SUBDIVISION, MAP 5q.7.3, AS SHOWN ON ZXEiIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO,'IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORN . .. .. 6 Street and Highland Drive, more particularly described as a portion of 1: 9 on property located on the southerly side of Basswood Avenue between Ad 8 in required frontage from 60' to 23.03' in order to create a "Panhandle" 7 WHEREAS, H. VON PACKARD did apply for a variance to allow a rec 10 239, Thum Lands, Map 1681; and consolidation of Lot 10 in Chestnut Mx us a portion of Tract 239, Thum Lands, Map 1 wn on Exhibit "A", in the City of Carlsbad, Ca! sor's Parcel 9, Book 205, Page 120 and Asses Parcel 10, Book 205, Page 360 of the Assessor's Map of San Diego Coun WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission gave notice of pi hearing on said variances by mailing a written notice not less than ten d: prior to the date of such hearing to the last known addresses of the owne property within a radius of 300 feet of the exterior boundaries of the sub, WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planfiing Commission did hold a hearil WHEREAS, at said public hearing the said Planning Commission rec mendations, objections, protests and comments of all individc o desired to be heard; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commissi onsideration does hereby grant the lot splits and consolidatio. y applicant and as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and corporating herein.
