COMMISSION 9ECOMMENDING RECLASSIFICATION OF
CERTAIN DESIGNATED PR,QPs;RTY IN THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA FXQM E-1 (ONE FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL) TO R-3 (MULTIPLE FAMILY .__ .. - RESIDENTIAL). -

WHEREAS, the Planning Gommission has found the following facts :
1. That it would be the best usage of the land and would be compati
the adjoining C-1 and R-3 property.
2. That there were no oral or written protests.
3. That such reclassification will not be materially detrimental to,
public welfare or injurious to the property or improvements in such vic
zone in which the property is located.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the reclassification c
above described property is hereby recommended to be approved as suk
AND FINALLY RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be forwa:
the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, €or its attention in the manner
scribed by law.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the G
City Planning Commission held on the 12th day of November , 1963, by.
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Commissioners Davis , Grant, Palmer, Jarvie, Lamb and Sonneman.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Commissioner Ward.
