RESOLUTION NO. 328 A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN DESIGNATED PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD FROM R-i TO I& 3. The Carlsbad City Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad does resolve as follows: WHEREAS, there was filed with tkais Commission on the 12th day of November, 1963 , an application by B. T. Cantarini , et al requesting a ( of zone classification under the provisions of Ordinance No. 9060; and .. WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did on the 26th d Nciyember, 1963, hold a duly advertised public hearing as prescribed by consider reclassification from Zone R-1 ( One-family Residential) to ZOI (Multiple-family Residential) on property located on the South Side of Lz Drive, between Jefferson Street and U.S. 101 Freeway, "eing a portion ( Tract 117, Carlsbad Lands, Map No. 1661 , more particularly described follows: B8ginning at the most Northwesterly corner of said Tract 11 7; thence 0 05' West 147d 74 feet to a point, said point being th8 true point of 1: therice South 34 33' East 221.20 feet; thence South 89 57' East 665.1 thence North 0' 05l East 330 feet; thpce North 89O57' West 606.95 f (Record 606.21 feet); thence South 0 05' West 148.69 feet, thence Wc to said TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, in the City of Carlsbad, Califc EXCEPTING the following described. parcel: Beginning at the most 1\ westerly corner, of said Tract 117; thence South Oo 05; West 147.74 thence South 34 33' East 221.20 feet; thence 'South 89 57' East ,533. : to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, thence continuing Sou$h 89 57' 82 feet; thence Nortb Oo 05' East 330 feet, thence North 89 57' Wes feet, thence South 0 05' West 330 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEG1 in the City of Carlsbad, California; I I ' and WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission has found the fo: I ~ facts to exist: 1 1.
