RESOLUTION NO. 328
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING
COMMISSION RECOMMENDING RECLASSIFICATION OF
CERTAIN DESIGNATED PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD FROM R-i TO I& 3.
The Carlsbad City Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad does
resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, there was filed with tkais Commission on the 12th day of
November, 1963 , an application by B. T. Cantarini , et al requesting a (
of zone classification under the provisions of Ordinance No. 9060; and ..
WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did on the 26th d
Nciyember, 1963, hold a duly advertised public hearing as prescribed by
consider reclassification from Zone R-1 ( One-family Residential) to ZOI
(Multiple-family Residential) on property located on the South Side of Lz
Drive, between Jefferson Street and U.S. 101 Freeway, "eing a portion (
Tract 117, Carlsbad Lands, Map No. 1661 , more particularly described
follows:
