The Caslsbad City Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad does esolve as follows: WHEREAS, there was filed with this Commission on the 1Qth day of D 963, an application by John D. Angelo, et a1 requesting a change of zone lassification under the provisions of Ordinance No. 9060; and WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did on the 14th d: anuary, 1964, hold a duly advertised public hearing as prescribed by lay onsider reclassification from Zone R-1 (One-family Residential) to Zone ultiple-family Residential) on property located Easterly of Eureka PLac ween Chestnut Avenue and Basswood Avenue , more particularly descri 5 Lots 11 and 12 of Optimo Tract, Map No. 1805; and Lot 21 together M the Northerly 15 feet of Lot 22; the Southerly 25 feet of Lot 25 togeth with the Northerly 25 feet of Lot 26; and Lot 28 of Optimo Tract No. i in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission has found the fol 1. That the property is next to property that is zoned R-3. 2. That it appears to be the most desirable use of the land. 3. That it is desirable and necessary for the owners to obtain the ful: 4. That there has been no opposition. 5. That it does not interfer- in any way with the general plan .
