RESOLUTION NO. 332
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING
COMMISSION GRANTING A VARUNCE! FOR REDUCTION
IN SIDE YARD SETBACK ON CERTAIN DESIGNATED PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD.
WHEREAS, Lois Ha Fry did apply for a variance fQr a redur;g~~ in ai(

in order to get an approval of an unapproved lot split oh Qmpesty located 1

That portion of Tract 231 of Thum Lands in the City of Carlsbad,
County of San Diego, State of California according to map thereof
No. 1681, filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego
County December 9, 1915, described as follows:
Beginning at a psint in the Northerly line of Tamarack Avenue distant thereon South 61 21' West 802.35 feet from the Southeasterly corner
of said Tract 231 said point being the most Southerly corner of the
land described in deed to Richard R, Coe, et ux, recorded March 4,
in Book 5555, page 295 of Official Records; thence along the Norther line of Tamarack-Avenue South 61'21' West 92.00 feet; thence North
27O22'30" West 130.09 feet to the Southeasterly line of the land con-
veyed to Georgia M. Dinius by deed recorded October 18, 1956 in Bo
6305, page 54 of Official Records; thence along said Southeasterly lir

Sonneman.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
