The Carlsbad City Planning Commission of the City of Carrlsbad does 5

DESIGNATED PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
COMMISSION DENYING RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, FROM ZONE R-1 TO C-1.

7 WHEREAS, there was filed with this Commission on the 28th day of

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, +hat +he reclassiiication of ’
above described property from R-1 to C-1 be denied for the following re:
1. That the property is close to well established R-1 residences.
2. That the U. S. 101 Freeway plans are not firm so we do not know
location of the future off-ramp.
3. That although there is an off-ifamp, there is no need for this rezc
since the improvements of the highway me some time in the future,
Passed, approved, and adopted at a regular meeting of the Garlsbad
Planning Commission held on the 1 lth day of February, 1964 , by the foll
vote, to wit:
AYES: Commissioners Davis, Palmer, Lamb and Sonneman.
NOES: Commissioners Ward, Grant and Jarvie.
ABSENT: None.
