That the property is close to well established R-1 residences. 2. That the U. S. 101 Freeway plans are not firm so we do not know location of the future off-ramp. 3. That although there is an off-ifamp, there is no need for this rezc since the improvements of the highway me some time in the future, Passed, approved, and adopted at a regular meeting of the Garlsbad Planning Commission held on the 1 lth day of February, 1964 , by the foll vote, to wit: AYES: Commissioners Davis, Palmer, Lamb and Sonneman.
