RESOLUTION NO. 336
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING
COMMISSION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
TO THE GOSPEL TABERNACLE OF CARLSBAD TO
ALLOW AN ADDITION TO AN EXISTING CHURCH ON
PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS LOTS 13, 14, 15 AND 16 IN BLOCK 57, CARLSBAD TOWNSITE, MAP 775 IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, the GOSPEL TABERNACLE OF CARLSBAD, INC., repr

between Jefferson and Harding Streets, more particularly described as I 9
construction of an addition to an existing church on the South side of Elm 8
by P, A, Zimmerman, Pastor, 'did appLy for a conditional use permit to

11 I being Assessor's Parcel 1, Book 203, Page 352 of the Assessor's Map o

!I owners of property within a radius of 300 feet of the exterior boundaries 16
ten days prior to the date of such hearing to the last known addresses of 151
hearing on said conditional use permit by mailing a written notice not le2 14
WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission gave notice of PI
February 11, 1964, at 7:30 P.M.; and 19
WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did hold a hearir 18
