WHEREAS, the Caslsbad City Planning Commission did receive on Mz 5 City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, more particularl:; described on Ex 9 property being a portion of Lot J, Rancho Agua Hedionck, Map No. 823 in 8 40 acres of property lying east of Chestnut Street and EL Gamino Real; sa- 7 Construction Company, Inc., owners and subdividers, located on appraxi: 6 1964, a tentative map of El Camino Mesa Subdivision 9 submitted by Karna 10 "A" attached hereto; 11 WHEREAS, on March 24, 1964, tbe Planning Commission did consider 12 of the various City agencies and utility companies; 14 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did take into"consideration the st ' 13 tentative map as submitted, comprised of 138 lots; and ! 15 1.
