Borden 1 RWSW&&%EWPXXXXXXXXX~~X~X+ for a change of zone from R -P to C -M OIL real property in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, commonly known as EAST SIDE OF STATE STREET BETWEEN BEECH AND LAGUNA and more particularly as: Southwesterly 30 feet of Northeasterly one-half excepting the Northwesterly one -half of Lot 22 of Seaside Lands, Map 1722 in the City of Carlsbad. WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering the testimony 2nd arguments I if any, of at1 persons who desired to be beard, said Commission did find the following facts and reasons to exist which make the (approvaimof the application for change of zone necessary to carry out the provisions and general purpose of Ordinance No. 9060: 1. That the present use is not compatible with the uses in the vicinity in general. 2. There is a C-M use near the property in the same zone. 3. That there were no objections. 4. That it would promote the general welfare. *' 7 1) (I) - NOW a THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad that it does hereby (recommend to the City Council the adoption of an amendment to Ordinance No. 9060 changing the zone fror R -P to C -M f - €5$xzuxmjk gn said property. PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsb, City Planning Commission held on the 14th day of April V' by the following vote a to wit: AYES: Commissioners Davis, Ward, Grant, Palmer ~ Jarvie and Sonr NOES: Commissioner Lamb.
