A RESOLUTION (GRANTING- A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ON PROPERTY AT EASTERLY SIDE OF MOUNTAIN VIEW DRIVE BETWEEN CARLSBAD BOULEVARD AND OGEAN ST. WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 9060, the Planning Commission did on April 14, 1964 hold a duly noticed public hearir to consider the application of Army and Navy Academy for a conditional use permit for the purpose of construction of two tennis courts, etc. , on real property in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, commonly known as Easterly side of Mountain View Drive between Carlsbad Boulevard and Ocean Street, and more particularly as: Lot 47, Granville Park, Map 1782, in the City of Carlsbad; I WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering the testirr and arguments, if any, of all persons who desired to be heard, said Comm did find the following facts and reasons to exist which make the (granting/ &r&& of a conditional use permit necessary to carry out the provisions a] general purpose of Ordinance No. 9060: 1. That it is simply a logical extension of the use of the applicant's physical education facilities. 2. That there were no objections. L 9 t- * e e 1) NOW, THEREFORE, BE.IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad that it does hereby (grant- a conditional use perr on said property for the purpose of construction of two tennis courts, with chain link fencing approximately 10 feet high, walks , etc. on the following conditions and limitations in compliance with the plan submitted by the applicant. PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsl City Planning Commission held on the 14th day of April, 1 by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Commissioners Davis, Ward, Grant, Palmer, Jarvie and Lam NOES: None.
