WHEREAS, pursuapt to tbe provisions of Ordinance No. 9060, the Planni: 6 in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego , State of California, commo~ 9 of reduction in the required front yard setback from 20" to 5' on real pro: 8 consider the application of EDDIE R.
