VASQUEZ and ALICE S. VASQUEZ for a varj for the purpose of reduction in front yard setback from 20' to 6t;:kXda yart backs-&om CllJ toiy; and rear yard setback from 20' to 7.5' on real propc the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego , State of California, commonly as Northerly side of Normandy Lane between Mountain View Drive and Gz Street, and more particularly as: Lots 37 , 38, 39, 42 and 43? Granville Park, Map 17&2? in the City of Carlsbad; WHEREAS, at said pubUc hearing , upon hearing and considering the testi and arguments, if any, of all persons who desired to be heard, said Com did find the following facts and reasons to exist which make the denying ol variance for reduction in front yard setback necessary to carry out the pr and general purpose of Ordinance No. 9060: 1. There have been no major changes since the Planning. Commissio previously granted a variance reducing front yard setback to 7 1/2'. 2. Applicant orally at the public hearing hereof withdrew his request variance reducing front yard setback. AND which make the granting of a variance reducing side yard and rear y setbacks as requested necessary to carry out the provisions and general of Ordinance No. 9040: 1. Similar variances, some even Less, exist in the area. 2. Small lot size warrants the granting of the requested side and rea setback variances so that the property may be fully utilized. 3. The granting of the requested side and rear yard setback varianc not constitute the granting of a special. privilege.
