A RESOLUTION (GRANTfNG/X);FEWXIW@ A VARIANCE ON PROPER? AT CAMEO ROAD BETWEEN CHESTNUT AVENUE AND EL CAm
REAL.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 9060, the Planning
Commission did on May 26 , 1964, hold a duly noticed public
hearing to consider the application of MARVIN S.HUMPHREYS and IDELLA R. HUMPHREYS

to 5' on the weskerly side of Lot 22, and reduction in side yard setbacks frc
7.5' to 5.63' on Lot 21; and front yard reduction from 20' to 15' on Lots 14
and 19
on real property in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of
California, commonly known as Cameo Road between Chestnut Avenue and El Camino Real
and more particularly as:

Lots 14, 19, 21 and 22 in Chestnut Heights Subdivision, Map 5328,
in the City of Carlsbad;
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering the
testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons who desired to be heard,
said Commission did find the following facts and reasons to exist which
make the (granting-of a variance necessary to carry out the provis
and general purpose of Ordinance No. 9060:
1. That the aesthetic affect fesulting from these adjustments will be
beneficial to the appearance of the subdivision.
2. That no specific opposition was voiced to these variances.
3. That this type of variance has been granted on subdivisions in the
past where cul-de-sacs and unusual topography are involved.
4. That this is not contrary to the public interests or the provisions of
the Master Plan of the City.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE: IT RESOLVFD by the Plxmhg Commission of
the City of Ca!:ls!-?ad that it does hereby (grant&&& a var%ance on said
